Richard, thanks for the new Potlatch 3.0 build 2022-01-24! Windows version.
There are some minor issues with the build level information:

  • In the Help window at the bottom build level is still 2020-12-29
  • In the 'Save' dialog under 'Advanced' the build level is still 2020-12-29. This one is more severe because this info is also saved in the Changeset on OSM.

Thanks for your attention,
Regards, Pim (BikePC)

Ah, good spot. I hadn't remembered that the Windows build process doesn't automatically update the build date. Making a Windows build is a laborious process because I need to use a remotely hosted machine (at paperspace.com) to do it, but I'll change the date next time I do one - thank you.

No big issue for me. An easy in-between solution would be if it were possible to edit the 'build' value in the 'Save' dialog under 'Advanced'. The fields look like they are editable, but changes are not accepted. Deleting a whole field (key + value) does work, but adding a new one's content does not.

For a long time since it appears possible to add & edit a new field in the 'Advanced' section of the 'Save' dialog.
Just add a space after the key word and then you can add & edit the value in the other field. Something like:
build (+ space) -> 2022-01-24
