Prioritize search results based on relevancy to the original termwhen including - and _

Currently the Search field at the TOP of the page does not prioritize the search results correctly when including - or _

If you search for syslog-parser only the 31st match will contain the actual result for the syslog-parser.
Or if you want to search lets say for log-msg-size the first find returns the page https://syslog-ng.github.io/admin-guide/020_The_concepts_of_syslog-ng/008_Message_representation which does not contain this option at all.
