As a first pass, this should be similar to the SBML viewer: take the SBML model, send it to SBML Diagrams, get a picture from it, and display that picture for the user.
As a second pass, you'd do the same thing, but then ask for the SBML model back from SBML Diagrams with layout and render, as something the user can view and/or save.
At some point, we might want to let the user try to tweak some settings in SBML Diagrams so the auto-layout is better: setting spring levels or other things. But that's more an advanced feature.
