Hovering turns off if delete two annotations separately. #38

Open new model
Refresh screen
Turn on highlighting (for unannotated models)
Delete a single annotation from something with two+ of them.
Move mouse away so hover drops
Hover again, and delete a second annotation.
Now hovers are broken in general!
