chore: clarity on kratix dependencies

Context

Kratix depends on Cert Manager, a GitOps agent, and a State Store. Right now we install these all for people in a script in all of our quick start guide which creates confusion on what is “Kratix” plus adds a lot of operational overhead for us to manage other software installs/compatibility. We should consider move away from “all-in-one” and move to native installs with effective documentation.
