bug: release pipeline doesn't release aspects #75

Because of this issue, #68 is not released although it is tagged within the 0.4.0 release.

The make targets are ready (make build-and-push-aspects) and aspect tests are also included in the testing pipeline.

Note:

  • The aspect versions are hardcoded when generating resource configure pipelines. We also need to align them with the CLI version.
