I'd like to revisit this one briefly in an upcoming discussion.

It's a tool we use, but I don't feel like it belongs as a blip in the current radar, as its use is limited to older RN projects.

Maybe we could document it for the sake of having it in list of blips, but mark it isNew: false.

I was mistaken. It's still needed when using physical devices to talk to the API running on localhost on a machine on your network.
