客户端client支持链接到指定的server端worker #47

使用场景---集群内通信：
1、某一个客户端链接到server后，bind绑定uid
2、其他的客户端也提前bind绑定该uid后发起链接，server将该链接分配到同一个worker

或者在支持管理进程中自定义worker分配规则
