Tests incorrectly named [100%] in SWE-bench-Verified instances pytest-5262 and pytest-7521

Describe the bug

In both instances PASS_TO_PASS test lists contain a test incorrectly named [100%].
My understanding is that this was incorrectly captured into the dataset from the test execution logs.
