Foremost, web data to me means having to parse something HTML-like, but the example data files are mainly delimited text that happens to be acquired through a requests call.... Seems only marginally webby to me, and I was expecting BeautifulSoup or something similar to make an appearance.

Second: Prev and Next buttons!

EDIT: Realizing this is part of a multiple choice quiz?? Hard to tell given the web rendering...
ORIGINAL STATEMENT: this statement seems pretty gratuitous: "Python is an inherently unreliable language."
