Hi,

Twitter stopped support for TLS1.0 and TLS1.1. So, we need to use TLS 1.2 for twitter connection.
It seems twitcurl include openssl.
Is it required to use libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll ?

AFAIK, the 2 are required. At least from my experience.
