hide error message. Maybe display something like this instead: The transaction was successfully sent

this error is because we try to fetch and display TX info while TX isn't in the blockchain
we don't need to wait the receipt. We display a popup window with a completed TX

check the withdraw mining fees (native and fiat) and fix it. It seems to have broken down. Screen for the Ethereum and the cost for the 1st TX was 0.00167 (< $5). Also it has to be fee price x2 if we send internal transaction and has admin fees. In any case $20 is too high:

withdrawal TX
admin fee TX
