Provide executable Canonical example

Hi, the current example in README is not executable. Can we give a executable example?

The "executable" I meant refers to in the swagger UI, in any API endpoint, click "Try it out", and "Execute". They can work.

In current example, the requests are sent to petstore.swagger.io instead of local program at ":8080".
