As a User
I want to score points for each word that is guessed correctly
so that that the team with the most points wins.

Acceptance Criteria:

Store current score for each team.
Increment the team score if a word has been guessed correctly (i.e. correct button has been pressed in the game interface).

IrenaRuprecht added the userstory label
