The user of the application needs to be considered in the calculation of the finance flat costs because he/she is not a roommate.

Acceptance Criteria:

the costs for each inhabitant are calculated for finance flat (roommate + 1)

Note:
Issue is obsolete but is kept in the project history for clarity
