FLAT_009 Finance furniture and equipment

As a user I want to keep track of my and other financial entries. If someone buys things for the shared flat, the application should provide helping tools to manage which item belongs to whom.

Acceptance criteria:

• Representing buy-ins (title, price) of every roommate (bough personally by a roommate)
• An overview over the finance of yourself and your roommates
• After the input of the money amount, a selection field of all roommates should be shown to select the person
