FLAT_010 Finance flat

As a user I want to keep track of my fixed costs for the flat. I want to have the option to add my own items and also see some basic calculation about important sums.

Acceptance criteria:

• Representing fixed costs of a flat (title, price)
• The following items should be created for every flat (and initialized with zero):
  • Rental fee
  • Smartphone bill
  • Energy bill
  • Internet bill
  • TV bill
• Further items can be added
• Existing items can be edited and deleted.
