Alcohol products are shown in recents before beer hour

Expected behaviour

Products containing alcohol are not shown in the Mongoose before beer hour

Actual behavior

Products containing alcohol are still shown in recent products. Clicking these will prohibit checkout, but without warning.

Note: this might need a backend (koala) update, but I guess its easier to track Mongoose issues here
