svg elements disappeared when wheel or drag #73

i import svg.panzoom.js in vue2.0 webpack 4.0 environment,but all svg elements disappeared when mousewheel or drag.

make sure to set a viewbox at start. It can be as simple as 0 0 ${width} ${height}
