Allow the user to select the kind of GPS tracking for the application, in both foreground and background. Also other stuff like preferences for issue #8

Would it be possible to manually set the delay between the recording of coordinates? (in a future release) I plan to use the app all day long so it would be cool if I can register positions every 10 minutes for example.
