Makes the project compile again on recent Xcode versions and run on devices requesting user permissions before turning the GPS. Should fix #40.
Given that the current appstore binary has been removed due to 32bit compatibility it might be worth marking this repository as read only after accepting the request, in case somebody else wants to continue from here on.
