Add More Project Euler Answers

In order to showcase the functionality of deercode, more answers to project euler should be written.

I'm thinking we should add problems 2-10 next (if possible with current environment, we may need to add more built-ins or bootstrap some functionality)

So far problems 1 and 2 have been added. Attempting to accomplish more

Problem 3 has been theoretically solved in Gazelle, though it maxes out Python's recursion depth when attempting to solve. See #4 .Continued development will probably be harmed by this fact.

As of bea370b, the third euler problem has been answered and it runs properly without triggering the recursion error. #4 still remains an active issue.
