DevSandbox crashes on startup, the output above is from VS running in debug-in-prod mode.

(from Alexis):
Yeah don't worry about that
It's just an issue with a missing dependency
Getting NuGet to work exactly like you want is tricky
The path shown here is just because you're using a NuGet that was compiled on my computer

@bjsi Please provide a writeup and details leading to this crash.
Until then this issue will not be picked up.
