Sorry not sure where else to ask.

What's the difference with how this app functions compared to other Apps like Hail or App Manager which "Freezes" apps.

Is it the same technical functionality?

I am not completely sure about how the other two apps Freezes, but De-Bloater systemless-ly remove them by making a Magisk/KernelSU module.
