Issues with AMD can't Render

So I have had issues where it tells me it will only Engine run in 640x640, then I get another error that it cannot revert to safe mode, then I get another error that it can't initialize ref_gl.dll renderer, Then the last error is Can't initialize any Render, Check Your Video Drivers. All drives are up to date, and I have AMD 6700 XT that can Ray trace I do not what is happing
