iPadのセルラーモデル手配がいろいろ面倒なので
Androidタブレットにも対応させたい。

Androidタブレットの中にはGPS入ってるものもあるのでしょうか？

ほとんどのAndroidタブレットには，Wifiモデルでも
GNSS(機種によっては，GLONASS, BeiDou, QZSS)チップが入っています．
こちらはスマホですが，QZSSの信号にも対応するそうです．
