Fetch posts of a large instagram profile

My current script accesses an Instagram profile's posts by doing the following:

bot = Client()
bot.login("USERNAME", "PASSWORD")

#Go to profile
user_id = bot.user_id_from_username(PROFILE)
medias = bot.user_medias(user_id)

This works quickly with smaller profiles, but with larger profiles I've yet to see it work (I'm trying to access a profile with 7k+ posts and it still isn't going through after 5+ minutes of waiting).

My question is: Is there a more efficient way I could access a profile's posts than what I'm doing right now?

Try user_medias_paginated

So that'd get one page of posts? What happens when it reaches the end of the page? Does it get a new page?
