How to get Instagram reels feed (video clips known as reels)

The user_medias(user_id: int, amount: int = 20) method only spits out a list of media objects present on the user's feed. Some insta users can choose to not post their reels video on feed and the reels video only remains on the reels section. Any way I can only download the reels video of a particular user from this reels section? Thanks!

@himanshupphp Hi, thank you but this is not the case.
I'm using a different client with the same request (added by me) but for some reason I get an empty response items: [].
I don't understand why so I asked for a raw curl request or something like that in order to understand what is missing.
