I have been having the issue where Instagram is constantly requesting for a code from my email and just now I got my account disabled.

What are the necessities to prevent this?
The 2FA section of this repository doesn't go into enough detail.
I tried using duo mobile but that didn't auto login like I want.
I have a VPN running all the time so that isn't an issue.

Can the OP create one text file /code section that covers all the bases?
I need my code to run once a day WITHOUT getting me banned.
I understand everyone is using this for different reasons, but I see a lot of people with login issues etc.

In short, walk from one device and one IP address. No more than 8 accounts per IP address. Do a minimum of actions, avoid likes, following and commenting on posts

To collect data, I use my service https://lamadava.com and https://datalama.io, to perform actions I use instagrapi

For example, In the link you sent, you refer to sessions.json. but don't show us how that file should look.
Can you share that with us? And if you already have, where is it ?
Also, do you personally use 2FA? Does that help?
I am not making many requests. just logging in once a day is the goal.
