In depth difference between the different requests types?

The documentation just briefly mentions that there are public and private requests and that the first on is public then switches to private. But what's the core difference between the two. Is one riskier than the other? Which one is faster?

One api works through the web version of instagram and allows you to make requests without authorization, but you need ideal proxies. The second works through the mobile API, authorization is needed there, but proxies are more accessible

Thank you for clarifying! What would you recommend to fetch a users followers relatively fast. I've tried Web and V1 requests but they both take some time. Is there anyway to speed up getting followers or is it limited by Instagram

If you choose quickly, Instagram will block your account
