Judging by your description, you behave not like a person, but like a bot. Users do many other things besides uploading content every 4 hours (watch the feed, go to the profile, scroll through the comments and like sometimes). Also, are you logging in from another device through the instagram app? From a different IP address? This might be suspicious too. |

The account I'm working with got shadowbanned and I was asked multiple times to verify if my personnal information is correct due to "unusual activity", so instagram is clearly detecting that I'm using a bot.
My python script isn't doing anything outrageous: it logs on once, downloads one video and posts one video. It then waits 4-5 hours and repeats. Nothing that would usually indicate bot activity.
Is there a way to bypass this bot detection within instagrapi? Or would it be better to just use something like selenium with selenium-stealth instead?
