Bug: Club rooms are NOT sorted by floor/number

When creating/editing a meeting, the list of available rooms should be sorted by floor number (e.g. 3, 4, 6), and then within each floor, the first word (e.g. 411 for the room 411 (computer lab)) should be used to sort the order.

As of right now, the words are sorted simply by their creation order (DB default)
