Can we haz dark mode?

Hi,

as far as I can see stringer uses an older version of Bootstrap. Can this be upgraded to a newer version where dark mode is supported and can we have a switch to enable it? 😃

@duenni I'm not opposed, but I don't think I'll get to it any time soon. If you want to give it a try, I'll be happy to look over a PR. Not a prerequisite, but I'd like to remove Bootstrap at some point. I think it's a bit heavy for such a small app.
