As a user,
I want no unusable scroll bars
So that the UI is more intuitive.

By Way Of Explanation: (optional)

This scroll bar appeared even though there were only 4 attendees and the scroll bar could not be dragged, it was just a confusing stray UI element that didn't work. See red arrow below:

Acceptance Criteria:

  • scroll bar doesn't appear when there is no need for it
