Why my chiaki-ng cannot remotely be played my PS5 in my house but I can remotely play it outside after I activated my Upnp?

Does anyone know why my chiaki-ng cannot remotely be played for my PS5 in my house but I can remotely play it outside after I activated my Upnp in my router? Before I haven't activated Upnp in my router, I can remotely play PS5 via Chiaki-ng in my house, but I cannot play PS5 via Chiaki-ng outside of my house. It is very weird and I am so confused.

@Roy-Lin-Translator when I activate upnp on my router playing remotely and locally work fine. What do you mean when you say it doesn’t work locally? Do you mean that the console doesn’t show up in the menu or that when you click on the console it doesn’t connect?
