Option to hide member address pin from map

Sometimes members would like to appear in the member directory but would prefer that their address pin be excluded from the membership map.

Describe the solution you'd like
A "Hide from Membership Maps" checkbox option that members can use to have their address removed from the map.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Creating a custom user field checkbox and customization code that excludes the user from the SQL query for the map.
