Add before and after hooks inside the info window

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Relates to https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/forums/topic/member-info-fields-not-showing-on-membership-maps/ (mods only). As the RH fields can be used for a wide range of things, we can't determine if there's an image or a normal link present as the stored doc.

Describe the solution you'd like
Adding in a before and after hook will allow us to create a recipe specific to that field and render an image.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Add in a check for different image file types. This could get messy though as we might not have all the file types supported.
