expect.soft doesn't seem to work

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

expect.soft can be useful in tests as it doesn't error yet seems to do nothing in both the vitest runner and built in component tests runner.

This says it only works in test() but that is no implementented in storybook play()

I'd expect console log to run but we just get the exception
