on windows, if your monitor is too low of a resolution, the app doesn't resize correctly #33

this may also be true for some macOS systems when full-screening with OBS? (not sure about this second one; the reporting user couldn't speak English well)

I had this issue on 4k monitors with display scaling at 125% where some custom resolutions just would not work and OBS then also displayed the wrong capture dimensions.

Disabling the display scaling (setting it to 100%) at least allowed the custom launch options and right click menu to set the resolution of the window correctly. Somehow not all resolutions set had issues, mainly the custom ones, using the preset 1920x1080 and lower worked fine.
