The QEMU binaries link to libbz2.so.1.0 shared library instead of libbz2.so.1, and this breaks "ABI" compatibility with the Redhat-based distros (e.g. Fedora).

NOTE: This issue only affects direct tarball installations. The package-based (e.g. Snap) distributions are not affected by this problem.
