The current kwalify rules are manually updated based upon the resource types specifications.

Two things to look into:

Trigger a build when the URL content changes
Generate the kwalify rules from the specification, or just dump kwalify in favor of something hand-rolled from this specification:

Perhaps also trigger on updates to this URL:
