Intertia seems like the solution I've been looking for that bridges the gap between (SPAs + API) and server rendered apps.

I plan to implement inertia in https://github.com/steezeburger/glerk, and it's a really simple project. It should maybe become the new django starter.

HTMX maybe a bit too low level, but a great idea still.
