Kodi does not find links (not caused by providers)

Hello,

I tried installing Pulsar on the Windows 10 PC of a friend. I have the exact same setup on my PC. On my windows 10 PC Pulsar works fine, but on his Pulsar can not find any links. I have added a log file for extra information.

Can you see what the issue is?

I think it's the same error I have when I try to install it. My kodi.log says the installing Url is:

http://offshoregit.com/pulsarunofficial/raw/master/plugin.video.pulsar/plugin.video.pulsar-0.6.2.zip

but when I paste the Url in a browser it returns 404 not found. So I went to the root of the repo and I found that this instead exists:

http://offshoregit.com/pulsarunofficial/raw/master/plugin.video.pulsar-rename/plugin.video.pulsar-0.6.2.zip

So, for the time being I think I'll try to download the zip and install it that way, without using the repository menu.
