Could you add docs or clarify what WP_SENTRY_SPOTLIGHT does?

I declared it true but it does nothing basically.

Additionally, for JS the call for Spotlight.init(); after Sentry.init( isn't implemented (yet) in the plugin either.

It is meant to be used with the standalone Spotlight application you can download from https://spotlightjs.com for local development. We are not embedding the Spotlight JS sources to enable it that way.
