Using group_by with an array instead of a string?

Hi,

Wondering if it's possible to group_by a collection using a select field that allows multiple selections?

This is my template:

{{ collection:sales select="title|sales_position_text|sales_email|country_select_field" as="entries" sort="title:asc" }}
	{{ entries group_by="country_select_field:label"}}
		{{ groups }}
		<h1>{{ group }}</h1> <!-- This will display the country -->
			{{ items }}
			<ul>
			<li>{{ title }}</li>
			<li>{{ position }}</li>
			<li><a href="mailto:{{ sales_email }}" class="text-blue-500">{{ sales_email }}</a></li>
			<li>{{ country_select_field:label }}</li>
			</ul>
			{{ /items }}
		{{ /groups }}
	{{ /entries }}
{{ /collection:sales }}

It works when country_select_field is a string

country_select_field: germany

But some sales contacts manage multiple countries, so I need to make the select accept multiple options. This changes it to an array

country_select_field:
  - germany
  - uk

If possible, I'd like the contact to be shown in both country groups.
