Has anyone installed the second 2019-09 cumulative update on Windows 10 and confirm whether it breaks rdpwrap?

I've got a workstation here that updated and it's broken concurrent sessions, even with the latest INIs via the 'autoupdater' batch file others have posted.

same here - 10.0.18362.387 does not support concurrent sessions until now (2019-Oct-03)
with rdpwrap version 1.6.2

The solution bellow solved my problem on Windows 10 1903 18362.387
