.dll missing and i cannot uninstall #3445

If there's no dll, there's nothing to uninstall. This case is not supposed to be handled by the uninstaller.

Set the service DLL to the original termsrv.dll path manually.

When i set it to termsrv.dll RDP wrapper uninstalls and when i reinstall it resets the servuce.
