Attempting to connect to a local admin account account via RDPCheck, Remote Desktop pointed to loopback, or remote RDP client, and I get an "Access Denied" message:

RDPConf shows that version is fully supported:

Account is an admin (cannot add to Remote Desktop group, because this is Windows Home version):

NETWORK SERVICE has read/execute permission, and SYSTEM has full control over RDPWrapper directory:

Does anyone have any ideas of what to try next?
