Hi! This is probably an enhancement but I find it an important usability issue.
The Rubocop runner error displayed when the file don't exist is frankly a mess. Yes, it says " No such file or directory @ rb_sysopen - blah/blah/blah/xyz.file (Errno::ENOENT)" but mixed in a stack dump of about 40 lines of text.

It could do it better, IMHO. Great tooling is important.
