Fixes standardrb/standard#505. This PR fixes an incorrect autocorrect for `Style/RedundantDoubleSplatHashBraces` using double splat in double splat hash braces.

This PR fixes an incorrect autocorrect for
Style/RedundantDoubleSplatHashBracesusing double splat in double splat hash braces.Before submitting the PR make sure the following are checked:
